TestLogiq® Tool Suite

MAHLE Test Systems performs vehicle final assembly End-Of-Line (EOL) testing for global vehicle OEMs. This includes both the Static (Pre-Rolls) and Dynamic (Rolls Machine) test stations along with other various plant testing applications. Our TestLogiq® manufacturing diagnostic software along with our best-in-class DataWorks Vehicle Communication Interface (VCI) hardware can complete over 250 system checks in less than 2 minutes at our EOL test stations.

Using MAHLE as your integrator of manufacturing testing, you have independence and control to author and develop your manufacturing test systems. This allows for easy modification to your global manufacturing testing processes, resulting in fewer resources. MAHLE's TestLogiq® Tool Suite allows your engineers to develop optimized test strategies rather than develop software code. Visual Authoring Tool (VAT®) and TestLogiq® Diagnostic Software

MAHLE's TestLogiq® tool suite includes the Visual Authoring Tool (VAT®), an easy graphical test authoring environment that allows the customer to be the diagnostic experts without having to be software experts. VAT® allows the ability to control, author, document and graphically visualize all your testing processes.

VAT® manages the interface control parameters and data format protocols and creates a compact data file for use by our TestLogiq® diagnostic software. TestLogiq® is the PC based executable run-time software that interfaces and communicates to your manufacturing plant local area network, test equipment, PLCs and vehicle.
